Harvested between midday and late afternoon to enhance dark stewed fruit. These grapes where carefully identified to ensure that only the smallest grapes were handpicked in the vineyard. This enhances darker fruit, full bodied wine with concentrated aromas. It’s aged In French oak barrels, 60 % new oak and 40% second and third filled barrels. The wine is aged between 12 to 16 months in tight grain barrels for slow oxidation, to ensure a fruity wine with soft lingering tannins.
Full bodied red wine, with aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, plums, and black cherries. Followed with dark fruits and berries on the palate.
