The Black Swan 2016 shows notes of honeydew melon, zesty lime marmalade and cape gooseberry on the nose, while the palate complements the aromas with white peach, spicy green peppercorn, tart granadilla, candied lemon and fresh fig leaves. A nervous acidity accompanies the full, unctuous palate due to extended lees contact in tank. This is a great food wine and will reward cellaring between 5 to 10 years.
