Delicate berries and strawberry nose. A medium bodied palate followed with round, soft but firm lingering tannins.

The grapes for this wine comes solely from bush vines on Hoopenburg’s 35 ha farm.
About The Harvest
The grapes were harvested at 24° balling to capture the natural fruit of this variety.
In The Cellar
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation was done in stainless steel tank. Alternative wood products were used to provide the wanted structure in this wine, while still respecting the fruit. A minimal filtration was done before bottling.
