Our beautiful 15 year-old Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard yields 6-7 tonnes per hectare. Though the berries are small, the juice is of good concentration and intense flavour. The Farm’s unique terroir allows complete phenolic ripeness even at low grape sugar levels. The wine is aged in 225 L barrels for only 18 months.
The Cabernet Sauvignon flavours consist of smoky casis, Chocolate flavours and supple tannins. The wine has a fresh creamy texture and a long fruit-laden finish.
Pairs well with beef stews, spicy dishes.
