The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness to balance lively red fruit character with refreshing structure. The grapes were hand picked from a carefully selected vineyard block in the Polkadraai region of Stellenbosch, known for producing premium- quality fruit. The vineyard sits on predominantly decomposed shale and Cape sandstone soils, which contribute to excellent drainage and minerality, enchanting the wine’s freshness and purity of fruit. This terroir, combined with meticulous vineyard management, results in grapes, with vibrant flavour and balanced acidity- ideal for crafting an expressive and elegant Rosé.
