Wine Purchases Return Policy
You have 7 days to return your wine for a credit or exchange.
For returns, please provide proof of purchase. Do not send your wine back to the
winery.
You can return your wine for the following valid reasons:
The wine is spoiled.
The packaging is damaged.
You have received the incorrect order of wine.
Credit for Returns
For any returns, short deliveries, or damaged stock, a credit note will be issued. A
copy of this credit note will be emailed to you, detailing the total credit value. You can
use this amount towards your next purchase.
