Deep bright violet in colour with wafts of red fruits, mulberries, wild bramples and a touch of cedar spice on the nose. Soft sweet entry, medium bodied and slightly savoury on the palate with hints of bacon. The refined palate is beautifully balance with gentle tannins and subtle mineral notes.
Tasting Notes: Brick-red with ruby core. Spicy nose with red fruit and cassis. A smoky and toasty palate with a fine and grainy tannins. Black fruit and red berries follow on the finish. Elegant and complex. A matured wine that will age well.
