1. Conditions of sale
You must be of legal drinking age to use this website and order goods and services from Wine Time Online.
All wines are sold by the case, unless otherwise indicated.
Payment can be made by credit card or PayFast.
Prices and availability are subject to change – When you place an order we source the wines directly from the farm and consolidate your order back in our warehouse – we use a specific courier service who knows how to handle wine & ensure that it gets to you safely
We try our best to keep our wine list up-to-date, but do occasionally get an out-of-stock situation – when this happens Wine Time will select a replacement wine on your behalf.

3. Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
4. Delivery
Delivery is door-to-door countrywide (please note: FREE DELIVERY IS APPLICABLE FOR ORDERS OF 24 BOTTLES OR MORE in South Africa only) otherwise charges vary according to the area you are in.
R65.00 PER CASE if you stay in Cape Town (Somerset West, Paarl, Stellenbosch, Wellington, Franschhoek, Hermanus)
R95.00 PER CASE if you stay in Pretoria, Gauteng, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, East London, Nelspruit, George, Pietermaritzburg, Kimberley, Polokwana, Vaal, Rustenburg, Witbank, Richards Bay.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. Wine Time Online will not be liable for loss, damage or expense caused by input errors.
Please note that during public holidays, long weekends and Christmas holiday season times, delays can be experienced due to increased freight volumes.
5. Delivery serviced and fees
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, delivery will be made to the address specified by you.
Delivery time depends on the destination but we aim to deliver within 5– 7 working days. WINETIME will not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
6. Stock Availability
Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. We cannot always guarantee vintage and availability due to the number of wines listed on this web site.
